Service FAQ

Good questions.

Do you work on trailers you didn’t sell?
Yes — we work on most makes of utility, car hauler, dump, enclosed and equipment trailer.
How long does a repair take?
Routine jobs like lights, bearings and brake adjustments can often be turned around quickly. Bigger welding or axle jobs depend on parts — we give you a time with the quote.
Will I know the price first?
Always. We quote before we start, and we text you for approval if we find anything else.
How often should I repack bearings?
A common rule of thumb is every 12 months or 12,000 miles — sooner if your trailer sits in water or hauls heavy. Check your owner’s manual.
Can you order a part I can install myself?
Yes. Send a photo of the old part and any numbers on it and we’ll order the right one.
